Privacy Policy for the processing of personal data – Website

Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU 2016/679 Regulation, we provide the following information to the user.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing
The following data are processed:

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, such as IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.. ) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, to check that it is functioning correctly, and are deleted immediately after elaboration. The legal basis of the processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f).

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The site makes available forms for collecting personal data through which the user can send requests for information or services. Specific information is provided at the time of the collection.

Cookies
Cookies are “small text files” that the sites visited by the user send to his terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit by the same user. Communication
The data will be processed by specially authorized CDLAN personnel.
Any third parties which process data on behalf of CDLAN are appointed as “Data Processors” and they receive specific instructions.

Data retention
Browsing data are retained for the time strictly necessary to check the proper functioning of the site, after which they are processed anonymously.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning him/her, to obtain a copy thereof and information on the processing to which he/she is subject.
He/she also has the right to obtain the portability of the data and the right to limitation and blocking of the processing. Finally, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (in Italy, “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”).
