The challenge

 

 

To support growth, ensure business continuity, and pursue their technological development roadmap, Value Group needed to evolve its IT infrastructure. The key goals were:

Consolidating the infrastructure into a single centralized environment to simplify management

Improving performance by replacing end-of-life hardware at risk of failure

Ensuring business continuity with modern, advanced backup and disaster recovery solutions

Free up the internal IT team to focus on innovation and business value, leaving infrastructure management to a specialized partner

The Partnership CDLAN and ATR

The project was carried out by CDLAN, the provider of the technological infrastructure, which oversaw the design and technical implementation of the project in partnership with ATR, a company specialized in ICT infrastructure management. ATR acted as a orchestrator, esuring smooth alignment between business needs and capabilities of the new infrastructure proposed by CDLAN. 

ATR’s role was crucial in:

- Deeply analyzing Value Group’s workflows, risks, and objectives.

- Translating business requirements into clear IT specifications.

- Contributing in VM migration, and operational environment management.

- Coordinating all project phases with CDLAN, selecting the most suitable Private Cloud platform, and tailoring it to the client’s need.

The Solution: a Tailored Private Cloud

In collaboration with ATR, CDLAN designed and implemented a managed Private Cloud environment. The solution was built as a complete, flexible, and fully managed technological ecosystem, able to meet Value Group’s performance and resilience requirements.
